This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) by Espre22o Bostanlı (Aksoy Mah. Yalı Blv. No:406 D:A, 35580 Bostanlı, Karşıyaka, İzmir) as data controller.

What we process and why

Through the reservation form we receive your name, phone number, optional email, the requested date/time/party size and your note; through the contact form, your name, contact details and message. This data is used only to evaluate and confirm your reservation, contact you, or reply to your message.

Legal basis and collection

Data is collected electronically through the forms on this website, based on KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers and retention

Your personal data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties, except with authorities where legally required. It is stored on our server in Türkiye; reservation records are kept for up to 1 year and messages for up to 2 years, then deleted.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only a strictly necessary session cookie exists for site administration; no cookies are set for visitors.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Send requests to 0531 864 20 05; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
